Kettering Drive, Roswell—Screened Porch & Outdoor Fireplace

Our clients desired a larger Screened Porch to accommodate more seating, provide a bigger eating area, and create direct access from their breakfast area. Additionally, they wanted a fireplace to make it more useable year-round, and, if possible, a second story over part of the porch expansion to accommodate a large Master Bedroom closet upstairs.

The Screened Porch remodel accomplished all of their goals… beautifully! It also provided two doors to access the deck; one near the fireplace, convenient for bringing in wood, and one close to the kitchen, for grilling out ease. We created a second-story Master closet with a seamlessly engineered new roofline to the rest of the house and porch.
