Colewood Way, Atlanta—Open Kitchen Remodel

This 1960's U-shaped kitchen was outdated, to say the least. Its cramped quarters isolated the kitchen from the social aspect of family life and entertaining. It lacked style with outdated dull laminate cabinetry. Hoisting a steel support beam into the attic allowed removing a structural wall separating the Kitchen from the living spaces. Redesigning basically the same original square footage of space repositioned the U-shape kitchen creating a more open plan. Superior craftsmanship seamlessly tied the spaces together. Customized built-in appliances and cabinetry designed with special storage solutions improved traffic flow and work space for cooking and entertaining.
