What is Guild Quality and a GuildMaster Award?
Guild Quality is a third party service that offers you the opportunity to give us your honest feedback after we complete a project for you. Each year, GuildQuality gives special recognition through the GuildMaster Award to companies that demonstrate an ability to deliver a consistently superior customer experience.
Of course we are pleased that you are making so many positive comments and the majority of the time we receive only the highest ratings. It is our deepest desire for our clients to be more than satisfied and we work hard to that end. Occasionally a survey indicates room for improvement and we take that seriously, putting great effort into refining our process in that particular area.
